Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon
Women of Achievement
Each year, the YWCA’s Annual Women of Achievement event honors eight outstanding women for their work and dedication to the community. This truly memorable event serves to inspire and empower women leaders throughout the community. This year's event will be held on December 3, 2010. Proceeds from this fundraising event go towards general programming at the YWCA, which benefits women, children and families throughout western Wayne County.
Last year's event was held on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the beautiful Dearborn Inn. We were extremely proud to have Turkia Awada Mullin as our 2009 Woman of the Year. Ms. Awada Mullin is the Director of Economic Development for Wayne County.
